Jazz Notes enjoying Lunch at Marysville

Jazz Notes appearing at the Worlds Longest Lunch 15 March from 12 noon at Marysville.

Jazz Notes is an evolving concept of guitarist, Kevin Blazé. In the past year, Jazz Notes has played at regional jazz festivals and jazz bars as well as featuring at a gala dinner for the Australian Sparkling Wine Show.

It's present incarnation features Juliane Pasternak on vocals. Juliane fronted various singing projects in Germany before she came to Australia a year ago and is now establishing a career here.

Ann Craig (flute) is from a musical family and has been a professional musician since she was a child, playing and teaching a wide range of instruments.

Andrew Eames (bass) has gigged in most genres as a bass guitarist, from duo to 18-piece bands and everything in between.

Rob Mercer (drums) is from a musical family and has been immersed in jazz all his life. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Music at Monash University.

The band plays in trio to sextet form with a repertoire ranging across jazz standards, ballads, Latin and contemporary songs...

The lunch is now sold out and we thank our sponsors Tourism Victoria, Upwey Community Bank® Branch and Marysville Agency, Murrindindi Shire Council,Lake Mountain Alpine Resort, Alexandra Secondary College, Upper Goulburn Winegrowers Association and Andrew Embling OAM - for whom with out their support we wouldn't be able to do the lunch so well.
