So who is this David Blackmore?

David Blackmore is the founder of Blackmore Wagyu Beef, a family owned business that pioneered the production of 100% Fullblood Wagyu beef in Australia. 

He has a strong and passionate understanding of Japanese Wagyu genetics, breeding trends and is a fifth generation farmer. 

He is one of the few westerners privileged to be invited to Japanese agricultural research centres, universities, prominent breeder farms, feed facilities and processing plants.

Blackmore Wagyu Beef is sold to gourmet butchers and high end restaurants domestically and internationally. Leading Australian chefs Neil Perry, Matt Moran, and Shannon Bennett are all regular users of the product. 

Blackmore Wagyu Beef is also exported to 14 countries.
